Employing a number of practices and tools, we will dig deep into finding the core of you. What are the key attributes of the person you aspire to be? They are the guiding rails to how you will live your one wild and precious life. No longer will you wonder “ What's the right decision?”, it will be simply “Does this decision or action take me towards or away from my core personal values?” And ultimately towards or away from the life you truly desire.
MODULE TWO
A Fulfilling Life
A concise powerful statement that captures your life purpose and desired impact.
Exploring what a fulfilling life means to you. What gets you fired up. What brings a sense of meaning to your life. Who are you now? And who do you want to be, as a midlife man? What do you stand for and how do you want to show up in the world? It's not just about what you do, but why you do it. To craft your life statement, we will identify the activities and causes that naturally energise and fulfill you. Your life statement helps guide you through life’s twists and turns by giving you clarity on what really matters to you.
MODULE THREE
Life Vision
A compelling vision of the future you desire.
Building on your life purpose statement, you will create a vision for the future you truly want to create that will help you move through life with purpose and direction, rather than just drifting from one responsibility to the next. It's about reclaiming control over your future and making sure that the next phase of your life isn't just about “going through the motions” but about living with meaning and intention.
MODULE FOUR
The Bridge
Goals and action plans.
Goals and action plans are that bridge between dreaming and doing. They will take your life purpose and vision from a motivating idea to a tangible reality. They are like steps on a ladder- each one takes you closer to the life you truly desire. By defining your goals and action plans, you're actively building the life you're meant to live.
You will have clarity about what are the important areas in your dream life. Define goals for each life area, aligned with your core personal value. Develop action plans (where the magic happens) for how to achieve the life you truly desire.
